For beginner and intermediate racers, triathletes, endurance riders, and cycling enthusiats. Taught by women for women and girls (instructor, Nicole Freedman, is a professional cyclist, 2-time U.S. National Champion, former member of the U.S. Olympic Road Team, founder of the former Ford-Basis Women’s Cycling Team, and outstanding coach).
